On your wedding day, Lakes Events will serve as the point of contact for your vendors, manage the timeline, oversee setup, assist with ceremony coordination, and handle any unexpected details that arise. Our goal is to bring the plans you’ve worked so hard on to life, allowing you to step away from the logistics and focus on celebrating with the people you love.

• Up to 10 hours of wedding day coordination
• Two pre-wedding planning meetings
• Vendor coordination and timeline management
• Ceremony coordination and setup oversight
• Assistance with agreed-upon personal items
• Management of unexpected day-of details
Wedding day-of coordination packages start at $450.
Additional hours may be added for an additional fee. A travel fee may also apply depending on the wedding location. Final pricing is subject to the details and location of your event.
